Kim's Roundabout Journey
Canadian romance author Kim Findlay grew up in Ontario but left behind the corporate world, the hustle and bustle of the big city, and the snow(!) and ran away to far-flung places to write romance novels.
Kim spent five years visiting the most beautiful places in the Caribbean by sailboat, all while crafting stories which take place in the frozen north!
Later Kim and company settled ashore for a couple of years in the sun, fun and beaches of the gorgeous island of St. Martin. Mid-2025 saw a new adventure, where Kim & Co. upped the anchor and moved her writing desk to France!
Now living a short distance from Paris, each week sees more exploration of the streets, markets, museums and restaurants in the City of Light!
Apart from traveling and exploring to find the perfect place to settle in France, Kim spends her time reading, writing contemporary romance, and acclimating to a new culture with her husband and Charlie, the world's cutest Cocker Spaniel. #LifeGoalsAccomplished
